Police appeal over missing man
A 52-YEAR-OLD man has gone missing in the North Devon area.
Russell Raymond Rigby was last seen around 7pm on Sunday walking along the road between Torrington and Barnstaple.

Mr Rigby is described as a white man, of thin build, with dark bushy hair.
Police said there is concern for his safety due to health reasons.
Anyone who thinks they have seen Mr Rigby is asked to call police on 08452 777444.
