Sean Joyce eyes third win in row for Bideford
Bideford bid for a third successive home Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division win today.
Sean Joyce's Robins are set to have their work cut out against a soaring Cambridge City at the Sports Ground but will be buoyed by last Saturday's 1-0 home win over sixth-placed St Albans City.
Defender Rob Farkins headed his first goal of the season, while goalkeeper Paul Hider kept Bideford's first clean sheet since the Robins gained promotion to the Southern League top flight.
However, seventh-placed Cambridge are on an impressive four-match win streak following home victories over Bedworth United (3-0) Bedford Town (2-1) and Chesham United (1-0) as well as a 1-0 win at Weymouth last Saturday.

Cambridge City are managed by former Brentford forward Gary Roberts, who is in his ninth year as the Lilywhites' boss after taking over the reins in January 2003.
Central defender Dave Theobald scored Cambridge's 30th-minute winner and his fifth goal of the season in Tuesday night's win over Chesham as City continued to soar following their indifferent start.
City's top scorer is 17-goal Craig Hammond, who started Tuesday's win on the substitutes' bench before his 68th-minute introduction as a replacement for fellow forward Mitchell Bryant.
Match of the day in Division One South & West is the top-of-the-table clash between leaders Tiverton Town and Hungerford Town at Bulpit Lane in Berkshire.
Mark Saunders' in-form Tiverton have a point more than their hosts, having played one more game, following a six-match unbeaten streak.
Saunders is buoyed by back-to-back wins at North Leigh and at home to Wimborne.
The Tiverton boss also flagged up the goalscoring form of striker Joe Bushin after his two goals in the 3-0 win at Merthyr at the end of October.
Saunders said: "Before that game we lost at [Swindon] Supermarine but we have shown what we are made of by bouncing back. We are playing well at the moment and coming up with the results week-in, week-out.
"This weekend it's Hungerford away, next Saturday it's Poole – who are third – at home. Once we have played them I think that means we have played everyone in the top ten.
"We have shown that we can win away against the sides in and around us. These next two matches will give us an indication of how far we have come and I can't wait for the games to keep coming, because the lads are doing so well."
