Secrets of growing orchids revealed at RHS Rosemoor
Visitors to a Westcountry garden were given a masterclass in how to grow orchids.
More than 100 people attended the Royal Horticultural Society's plant centre at Rosemoor on Sunday.

The Devon Orchid Society presented the annual event, offering insight into the delicate plants.
Emma Van-Huysse, an assistant in the centre, said the talk had dispelled a few myths about how difficult the plants are to look after.

"They presented a very interesting question-and-answer discussion, advising how to care for orchids and to bring them into flower," she added.
"Everyone really enjoyed it and we sold quite a few orchids which is unusual.
"People think they are hard to look after but they are not quite so high-maintenance."
