Snow weather warning issued for North Devon for Friday
A weather warning of snow has been issued for North Devon on Friday as forecasters warn “blizzard conditions” are a possibility.
The Met Office has put the yellow-graded warning, the lowest kind issued by the agency, in place for the majority of Devon from 3am on Friday until 11.55pm.

Forecasters said accumulations of up to 10cm of snow is possible across the South West.
A Met Office spokesman said: "As the weather breaks down, an area of snow looks increasingly likely to spread from the South West.

"Winds will strengthen and blizzard conditions are a possibility, especially over high ground.
"Accumulations of more than 10 cm of snow are possible in many parts, with the potential for some severe disruption, though currently there is a good deal of uncertainty about intensity of snow and how quickly it will turn to rain in the South West.
"The public should be aware of the risk of significant travel disruption affecting the west in the morning and the east in the afternoon."
