How long have you been surfing?: 5 years full time but could stand up since I was 4

What got you involved with surfing?: Love the ocean and have done it from a young age!

Who rips in North Devon?: Trev "toes" Lumley haha, Nah but Neil Clifton, Lloydy, Stu, Josh, Archie and loads more I can't think of right now...

Who's the best up and coming surfer in the area?: Loads of groms in woolacombe, Max, Alex etc

What's your most memorable session and why?: There have been too many but had some great sessions at combsgate and a few secret spot sessions!

What is the best thing about surfing for you?: Escaping from everyone and everything and having fun! Keeps you fit too.

What would you say to people wanting to get involved with the sport?: Get a lesson or two and read the rules/code.

Where else have you surfed in the world?: France, Morroco, Ilfracombe!

How does North Devon compare to other global surf spots?: Its the best on its day - if only its day come around sooooner.

What's the worst thing about surfing?: the crowds of Kooks that arrive in summer and the cold in winter but I can live with that!

Your opinion on hired equipment?: Great for people learning to surf but maybe there should be a flagged area of the beach for that sort of thing??

What about surf schools, anything to say?: All good - better to have a lesson and learn that just jump in and get in the way, also provides jobs for some of the local guys/gals!

Best wave you've surfed?: I have to say I do love combsgate on its day but there are a couple of secrets too..

Most overrated wave?: Croyde - lowtide!

Most underrated wave?: Puts
