Taw Valley win to secure title in West Clubs Women's Hockey League
Taw Valley beat Cheddar 7-1 to secure the Sedgemoor first division title in the West Clubs Women's Hockey League today.
The North Devon side were too good for their second-placed visitors at the Park Community School, Barnstaple.

Maintaining their 100 per cent record with a 14th win of the season, Taw cannot now be caught at the top of the table with two matches still to play.
Jo Yeaxlee-Batch scored a hat-trick, Helen Thomas struck two and there was one goal each for Charlotte Beauchamp and Sarah Thomas.
