SUPPORTERS of the Tetcott Hunt raised £500 in two days.

A wine and wisdom quiz evening made £300 and a book sale and coffee morning added another £200. Both were in the Grenville Rooms, Kilhampton.

Organisers said the coffee morning made a little less than hoped, but was still a "tremendous result" especially with the upturn in the weather.

The hunt's next fund-raiser will be a horse show on Holsworthy showfield at Killatree on August 31.
