Titans Apollo produce fireworks in North Devon Netball League
NETBALL
TITANS APOLLO produced fireworks in their Bonfire Night match against Bude Stars.
They scored 87 goals against newly-promoted Bude Stars in the first division of the North Devon League, winning by 74. Michelle Sampson's defending gave Titans a good foundation.
In the second division, Carol Anne Emeralds gave Blue Oasis a run for their money, but Hannah Dibble was too strong and gave Oasis a 39-34 lead at the end.

Ruth Gould led Panthers to a 38-27 victory over Carol Anne Amethysts with her top shooting.
Carol Anne Golds continued their 100 per cent start in the third division as they defeated Hartland Harriers 39-24. Charlotte Worby defended well for Hartland but Rosita Dymond's control and movement in mid-court gave Golds the edge.
Venners Misfits and North Devon Homes had a close game with Joss Allman leading Misfits to a 29-22 win despite Claire Fallow's accurate shooting.
North Devon Homes Stars stepped up a gear in the fourth division with Maxine White netting many of their goals in a 43-12 win over CPB Navigators.
