"We run a unique and diverse nursing service in Lynton, as we work closely with our GP colleagues and the ambulance service to run a nurse-led minor injuries unit, provide practice nursing and also the district nursing service for a small population covering a large geographical area of Exmoor.
"This enables us to provide a very personal service to our patients, tailored to their individual needs."
The title was given following an application process which included feedback about the individual from managers and patients. The trio were presented with their award by The Queen's Nursing Institute (QNI) at a ceremony in London.
QNI director Crystal Oldman said: "I would like to congratulate Alison, Amy and Isabel on their success.
"Community nurses operate in an ever more challenging world and our role is to support them as effectively as we can. The QN title is a key part of this."
The title of Queen's Nurse is open to community nurses with more than three years' experience.
