WORKSHOPS: Learn how to cook and eat locally caught fish
RILLIANT Fish will be showing you how to cook, and eat, locally caught fish this autumn and winter.
The company will be working with local primary schools and community organisations to hold fishy events and workshops in rural and coastal villages.

Two fish lunches in St Mary's Hall, Appledore are planned.
The first, using Clovelly herrings, is on Friday, November 9 where Ann Burnham will be the guest chef. A European Christmas Lunch will be arranged in December. Phone 01237 479101 for menus and to book. Brilliant Fish is also arranging a lunch visit to Rick Stein's restaurant in Padstow in November.

Brilliant Fish Saturday Workshops will be held on Sunday, November 18 and Saturday, December 1 and a four-week series of evening classes starts on Wednesday, November 7 at Pilton Community College.
