Woman, 29, suffers broken nose in unprovoked Braunton assault
A 29-year-old woman suffered a broken nose, cut lip and black eye following an unprovoked assault in Braunton in the early hours of Sunday.
Police are appealing for witnesses of the incident, which took place outside The George Hotel between midnight and 12.30am.

Devon and Cornwall Police said the Braunton woman needed hospital treatment after being punched in the face following a disagreement outside the pub.
Officers said the man shouted at the woman before punching her in the face causing her to be knocked to the floor.

The suspect is described as white, 6ft 2”, of muscly build, with blonde/gingery hair and in his late twenties or early thirties. He was wearing a black coat with a hood at the time of the incident.
