Woman taken to hospital after two-vehicle crash on A377 near Lapford
A woman was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A377 yesterday.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene, between Lapford and Copplestone, at around 8.40am.

Officers said a red Ford Transit van, which was in use as a ‘traffic management vehicle’ and registered to an address in Paignton, and a red Renault Clio, registered to Lapford, collided.
The female driver of the Clio, a woman in her twenties, suffered an arm injury in the crash.

She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital by ambulance.
A stretch of the A377 between Lapford and Copplestone was closed for a couple of hours while the incident was dealt with before being reopened at 11.20am.
It was one of two crashes to occur on the A377 yesterday.
Last night, a woman was left trapped in her Toyota Yaris after it veered off the road at Copplestone and overturned into a field.
