Ward took third at the Langport Sprint Triathlon while White finished 127th overall, and first Women's Super Vet. The race featured a 400m swim, 22k bike ride and 5k run. Elsewhere, Lee Shepherd, Richard Congdon and Scott Pirie were in action at the Perranporth Surf Triathlon in Cornwall.
