Former Somerset captain and England all-rounder Marks is a regular contributor to Test Match Special.
He will join Somerset and ex-England star Trescothick at the Royal Bideford Hotel.
Proceeds from the event will be shared between Trescothick's benefit fund and the Children's Hospice South West, based at Fremington.
