“Yesterday I posted a question on the Heart Devon Facebook page about the Military Wives Choir song. I posted a picture of the poster from their own Facebook page and said - as you are our local station, will you be supporting this local cause. Will you be playing this song on your station?
The only response that I got was for Heart to remove my post and block me from commentating on this page! I think it is disgraceful, they push themselves as still being our local station, yet are apparently ignoring this record.
Would this have something to do with Global being involved with the X Factor and therefore they are only prepared to promote Little Mix??? I have nothing against Little Mix and would love them to be number 1, but Heart should be supporting the Military Wives Choir too!!!”

“Hi all,
The 'letters to editor' section is now back on the website.
Letters which appear each week in the North Devon Journal will appear on the website on the day the paper is published (Thursday).
To view the letters, click on 'News', then on the dropdown box click on the 'letters' sub-heading.
Alternatively, here is a direct link to the letters section: http://tinyurl.com/7jfmjdl
You can comment on any of the letters by writing in the box provided underneath the text. You can give letters a recommendation by clicking the 'thumbs up' button underneath the text.
You can write a letter to the editor by clicking on 'write an article' on the homepage (found in a box on the right-hand side). Then enter your text, give your letter a headline and be sure to select category 'news' and then a sub-category of 'letter to the editor'.
To comment or upload content to the website you will need to have registered.
You can do this by clicking 'register' at the top of the homepage and then supplying a username that is under 13 characters long.”

“I agree. Navigating this site is like using a sat-nav, it`ll take you everywhere else first before you get to where you actually want to be.
Nice country, Australia, by the way. I lived there for a while.”
