Great service from a Landlords perspective

“It is a great shame to read rubbish about a really good Estate Agent. I have used Collyers for the last year for letting and have always found James and Christine to both be very professional at all times. Unfortunately, personal circumstances have dictated that I now sell my property, and I have chosen Collyers to market it for me as I have complete faith in them. I am sure that all tenants who rent in the private sector realise that selling is often a possibility but is not a personal decision against the tenants. As a landlord, all issues and problems where reported to me and dealt with promptly, so I do not understand Sumosami's comments. I have complete confidence in putting my property in the capable hands of Collyers for the sale of my property and would not hesitate to recommend them for rental or sales to anyone in the future. Thank you.”

Poor customer service from a tenants point of view

“I have rented property for many years & have dealt with many landlords & agents. Some are obviously better than others but I have never been made to feel quite so irrelevant & inconsequential as I was by this agent throughout the tenancy. If there's a problem with the property & you go in to talk about it they don't even bother to disguise their annoyance & irritation. When it came to the landlord wanting to sell the property (an ongoing & accepted risk when you rent) they treat you as an inconvenience without importance or opinion. I would not use or recommend this agent from a tenants point of view. I don't know what they're like from a landlords point of view but I can say they make no secret of their opinion of the landlords when speaking to the tenants. They're not a very professional organisation & I won't be using them again.”

Excellent Service

“Since handing over the administration of my property to Collyers Lettings, about a year ago, I have been impressed with their services.
