Learn the powerful and graceful Japanese martial art of aikido at a new club in Bucks Cross. Suitable for men and women, even complete beginners. Aikido is not only a powerful martial art but it also teaches relaxation and calmness in daily life.

Venue: Bucks Cross Village Hall, Bucks Cross, Bideford, Devon EX39 5DP

Classes: Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 9:00. Cost £5 per 2 hour class. Or £3 concessionary (for students, unemployed or retired).
