“ I love going for a few hours' pampering, chat and tea at Hair Studio, Litchdon Street. I go normally for a cut and colour. They understand I get very busy and neglect my hair a bit at times, but they put right any damage I cause! I find it really relaxing to step out of the busy, noisy main high street into such a quiet, narrow, historically interesting and attractive turning. I enjoy the feel of being in another little world away from hustle and bustle. The feeling continues as you walk through the salon door. It's always nice and peaceful tucked away at no 15 having your hair done. There's an attractive period fireplace and chandelier in the light and airy little salon, which is based in a converted Victorian cottage. Some fashionable deep pink accessories and flowers add warmth and a modern twist. All this and a calm, clever stylist who never disappoints with great on-trend cuts. Long may you continue in Barnstaple. ”
