GARDENERS might want to set a date with RHS Garden Rosemoor who are running a course of hedge laying this Friday. It's a chance to learn about the craft of hedge laying and take home some great tips from North Devon biosphere service expert, Tom Hynes. The course will be taught outside, so appropriate clothing will be needed.
