12.15pm Chef Demonstration – A Taste of the Ocean – Simon Keating of the Woolacombe Bay Hotel presents a beautiful display of delicate ingredients gathered from North Devon shores

1.30pm Chef Demonstration – Secrets from our Menu – from James Duckett, of The Old Custom House reveals a tantalising creation with international influences.

2.45 Chef Demonstration – Food from the North Coast – by Noel Corston of The Court Yard Restaurant, Woolacombe. Noel presents an amazing array of modern European dishes, sourced and created locally.
