“ I had a take away from P fan on Friday, ordered Chow mein and the noodles were raw, phoned to complain and was told they were chrispy noodles insulting my intelligence that I do not know what raw noodles look like. They did send another meal but the rest was eaten by then. There was no apology and appalling customer service. I will never go there again. Note to P fan, there are lots of take aways in Bple and get some customer service training. Was not possible to put no stars but would have if I could. ”

The Painted Fan Restaurant Never Disappoints

Cosy ambience with upholstered chairs and tablecloths.
Very professional staff who will adjust dishes to please whenever they can eg if you like a meat dish and want it turned vegetarian.
Not that it happens often as the menu choice is massive - over 230 dishes to choose from plus set meal options.
My favourite is the Emperor's Buffet where you get to eat as much as you like for £16.99 for an adult £8.99 for a child. All the dishes are freshly cooked and brought to your table. This deal is available Sunday to Friday for a minimum of 2 people. Now who can I talk into coming with me next time for the emperor bufffet?
They are open seven days a week 5pm-11pm including bank holidays.

“We are regular customers of The Painted Fan, the order is always delivered nice & hot, and it's quite quick. The quality of the food is the tops for us, whoever takes the order over the phone is very quick & profesional & are excellent for politeness. Will remain loyal customers to them even if we test the others.”

A new favourite!
“I ate here for the first time a couple fo weeks ago and had the all you can eat option before going to the fair (not the best idea to stuff your face before going on fair rides by the way!!) I thought it was really good value for money, had a nice welcoming and friendly atmosphere, the food was delicious and the service was very attentive even thugh they were very busy-I can see why! I will definitely be going back.”

Reliable
“The Painted Fan is a reliable Chinese restaurant with a huge menu. For the biggest choice check out the buffet which will leave you unable to move (in a good way) for hours! The desserts aren't amazing, but I'm yet to find a Chinese restaurant where this is not the case; though it doesn't really matter as you wouldn't have room for one anyway! Friendly, polite staff and really speedy service. ”
