Independent & family run we are gaining a burgeoning reputation as North Devon's premier carpet and vinyl specialists. Based in Barnstaple, North Devon we cover the surrounding area and beyond, offering great services to make the whole experience of having a new carpet, vinyl or luxury vinyl tiles fitted a pleasant one. Most of our work comes from personal recommendation & repeat business. No job is too small or large. We have been privileged to have fitted half a dozen of Scott Cinemas in the South West & recently carried out extensive flooring installations at Parkdeans Ruda Holiday Park! Our passion remains our domestic installations & our fitters pride themselves in their work meaning you end up with exactly the standard you would expect from time-served craftsmen.

If required we are able to uplift old carpet and flooring (& dispose of it too) & move any furniture if needed.*

For those who live locally we are able to offer free delivery on all our products where we supply only. However, if you are not within our catchment area we are still able to offer delivery with a small charge applied.

Amazing job on a very tight schedule

“I can't speak highly enough of Chris and his team at "Finishing Touch Flooring".We were recommended him by a friend as we were struggling to find a floorer whom we were happy with. His advise was HONEST,FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. We were expanding our business and needed our shop refitted and open within 2 weeks, the flooring was the last job and Chris promised and delivered a time scale, which included them finishing the fitting on a Saturday. The finished product is 100% first class, and came in on price.
If anyone wants to come and see the quality of their work pop in and look at our floor.
5 star 100% if you need your floor done get these guys to do it and look no further!!!”

Professional, considerate, quick and honest!

FTF, Fantastic Terrific Fair

“Calling in to their Barnstaple shop was fortunate. After consultation and looking at their extensive range and great advice what came to mind was, "Why look elsewhere" Careful measurement to achieve least wastage was sought and consideration shown with the problem of moving furniture from room to room. By arrangement a time schedule was sorted and in no time, with excellent fitting and effeciency, a job well done. Nothing was too much trouble a great friendly service from beginign to end. ”
