“ situated at the southern gate end of the High Street this shop can often be forgotten. Although traditionally recognised as a shop for the "older person" there are also some jumpers which are really quite trendy.
The staff were talking about customer service when I was walking around the shop - and it was obvious from their conversation that they take customer service very seriously.
The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to browse without feeling "watched" once they had established that there was nothing they could do to help.
If you want to buy a cardi or jumper for Granny or Grandad, I suggest you make this your first port of call. ”
