This is "the old fashioned grocer"!
The shop smells delicious the moment you enter it. Heather bakes every morning and the Victoria sandwich cakes with the chocolate buttons on the top are a favourite in our house (unfortunately the only time I get to buy one is when we visit the dentist further up the hill!)
The shop has a well stocked delicatessen counter and they are willing to try and source anything you may require. The meats and cheeses are beautiful.
Altogether I would have no hesitation in recommending the shop to everyone who will listen! The only fault I can find is that they haven't got a shop nearer to where I live!
