He said: "I was absolutely over the moon.
"It's been an ambition since I first started boxing. It's the biggest honour you can have.
"It will be my 80th fight on Friday and it's fitting that it's on the biggest stage.
"Coming off the back of last year and having one of the best seasons I've had, I'm obviously reaping the rewards now."
Randall's opponent will be Louis Adolphe, the boxer he lost to in the semi-finals of the England ABA Championships in Dagenham last year.
Adolphe, who recently won gold in the Great Britain Championships, is sure to provide a stern test in the light welterweight clash.
"He's a hell of a strong lad, quite busy and fit as well," said Randall.
"I learnt a lot the last time I boxed him. I can't play into his hands, I've got to move a bit more this time. It should be a cracking bout."
Bideford ABC are to host a boxing show at the Pollyfield Centre in East-the-Water on Saturday. Doors open at 7pm and the boxing starts at 7.30pm.To order tickets call Dick Kersey on 07841 846552.
